Service Warranty

 

CBS Computers, Inc provides a 90 day warranty for DC power jack and LCD inverters repairs.  We also provided a six (6) month labor warranty for all other repairs.  Replacement parts used for laptop repair services will follow the same warranty policy as parts purchased on this website.

 

Laptop Repair warranty claims will only be authorized if the laptop displays the exact symptom and problem originally described when the repair was requested.  Shipping costs for laptop repair warranties will be covered by CBS Computers, Inc.

 

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

 

CBS Computers, Inc. will replace defective parts free of charge if defective products are returned within the warranty period.  We will only issue refunds on defective products if a replacement is not available.

 

Warranty Periods (from the original shipping date) 

 

90 day warranty: CBS Computers, Inc. backs all refurbished and pulled parts with a  90 day warranty
1 year warranty: CBS Computers, Inc. backs all "New" condition batteries, ac adapters and hard drives.

 

 

 

 

 

All parts that are returned under warranty will be inspected prior to replacement approval.  We will not accept returned products that exhibit evidence of liquid spillage or phyiscal damage due to customer use.
